The
elemental part of the settlement is a central square where a medical center
is situated, plus the thermal baths, hotel and other servicing facilities, and
the shops and other facilities ensuring to spend sparetime well.
The
center is sorrounded by a subdivision including 355 houses
with one floor or one floor plus attick built in, and 113 apartmans.
The villa part is on a common land without being devided. Per the ground plans
the buildings are type houses (12 types), but as they are orientated and as
their frontage looks like, they are different. The living areas would not be
separated with fence, but they would be connected with parks that include barbecue,
benches, saunas and different playgrounds.
